How To Apply For Return/Refund

1. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect items, please contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your return or refund faster, please provide a detailed description along with clear photos and/or videos of the issue.

2. Please contact our customer service team for the return address and other return details. Our customer service team will respond to you during service hours:

Weekdays:  9:00 – 17:00 South African time
Weekend: 9:00 – 17:00 South African time
Monday: Offline

3. If you need to return, please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will contact you and process an exchange or a refund.

Return

1. Kindly note that we DO NOT provide shipping labels.

2. You may be responsible for covering shipping costs for return items, and shipping charges must be prepaid.

3. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition as received, with all original packaging and gifts included. 

4. The original hang tag attached to the wig must not be removed or tampered with.
If the return does not have the original tag attached, or if the item’s condition does not match the description provided at the time of the return request (for example: signs of use, lace cut, tags removed, etc.), we may deduct 50% of the order value as a handling and quality inspection fee.
In serious cases, we reserve the right to decline the refund entirely.

5. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any extra fee caused by not following the instructions we offered is borne by the buyer.

6. Products without refund protection (as indicated on the product page, such as the free mystery wigs) are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right of final interpretation for this policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team for clarification and assistance.


Refund

1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 Working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please note that once the refund is processed, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the payment institution.

2. If the refund is due to the buyer's responsibilities (such as not liking/wanting, ordering the wrong products/sizes), we will take off R300 from your refund as a restocking fee/handling fee. We may also deduct the refund for short of gift(s).

3.  Returns and refunds caused by the buyer’s responsibility: 
(1)If the wig still has the original tag attached, a processing fee of R300 will be deducted.

(2)If the original tag is missing, the product will be considered non-compliant with the return policy, and a 50% deduction of the order amount will be applied as a handling fee.

4. The R300 fee will also be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.


Returnable Items

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with the product's package attached.

2. The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the rights to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1) With an irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.

2) Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

In these situations, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers across the globe.

3. Kindly note that customized orders are not eligible for returns. Confirm all the details of your requirements before making customization to your order.

4. Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval will not be processed. Unauthorized refunds will incur a 50% handling fee.


Cancel

You can cancel/change your order before your order is packed in our warehouse (2 hours upon payment) through our customer service via Email Address: zavipservice@luvmehair.com. You may need to pay a R300 fee for cancellation/modification of personal reasons. Kindly note that we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
